Bledlow a small village which is situated between the Buckinghamshire towns of Princess Risbrough and Chinnor, close to the ancient routes of the Ridgeway National Trail and the Icknield Way, some of Britain's oldest paths. It is home to Lyle Garden, a water garden once owned by Lord Carrington, the former cabinet minister, which is fed by springs arising from the chalk which has been given a Millennium Marque Award for Environmental Excellence.

The village has also featured in a number of television programs including Midsomer Murders in which the village church doubles as ‘Badgers Drift Church’ and Miss Marple.

Our Bovingdon ATR on the Red-side was selected for this development of five affordable homes at Bledlow, which was commended by the Chilterns AONB in their 2007 Annual Buildings Design Awards; the judges considered good attention has been paid to the design detail of the scheme for drawing from traditional local building styles and for the use local materials in keeping with the special qualities of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
